HOW OFTEN SHOULD WASH BED SHEETS AND WHY

I recommend you wash your bedsheets weekly. Sheets accumulate dust, dirt, dead skin cells, sweat, hair, and other tiny particles. Washing your sheets each week prevents risks of infections from fungi, pests, and bacteria that tend to attach to dirty beddings. Failure to wash your sheets regularly does not make you necessarily ill but leads to poor hygiene, exposing you to various infections. I recommend you wash your bedsheets in mild warm water and iron after drying.

I believe that nutrition science is a wonderful helper both for the preventive improvement of health and adjunctive therapy in treatment. My goal is to help people improve their health and well-being without torturing themselves with unnecessary dietary restrictions. I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle – I play sports, cycle, and swim in the lake all year round. With my work, I have been featured in Vice, Country Living, Harrods magazine, Daily Telegraph, Grazia, Women's Health, and other media outlets.
