Considerations for choosing the right cup;
Firmness
Women with bladder problems should avoid firmly fitting cups. Such cups can pressure the bladder making them feel like peeing always. They should buy a softer cup for more comfort. Firmer cups are for ladies with stronger pelvic muscles and are physically active.
Brand
If you want to maintain good health, buy cups from legitimate brands. Menstrual cups are medical devices that get inserted in the body, thus should not be dubious. If you pick cups designed from inferior materials, they may break after some time, making them unsustainable.
Menses flow
If you use disposable pads, know the number of times you change it in a day. But pads may not be the best since they lack an absorbency rate. Tampons may help determine it. For instance, if a 12ml capacity type serves for three hours, then a 25 ml menstrual cup can go for a good six hours.
