MENTAL FITNESS TIPS FOR A HEALTHY REGIMEN

The Kind of Habits/Activities/Practices That Can – As Part of a Daily Routine – Build Mental Strength, Emotional Resilience, Etc.

I recommend you implement the following healthy regimen to build your mental and emotional wellness;

Always concentrate or focus on one task at a time – Multitasking, or shifting your attention to different things frequently can contribute to mental fatigue and stress. Avoid multitasking and always be in the moment or present ion whatever you do. Limit any form of distraction and try to mid where you are, what you do or those you are with.

Ensure you adopt mindfulness practices such as meditation or yoga to allow the brain to decompress, rest, reset, lower stress and improve overall cognitive function. I suggest you try apps such as Betterhelp, Talkspace, and Regain.

Have strict life limits and boundaries to avoid mixing up personal affairs with work which might not good for your mental wellness. Boundaries prevent mental burnout and enhance your rest period.

Indulge in simple physical activities to boots both you mental and physical health. workouts can stimulate production of happy hormones such as or dopamine, elevate mood, lower mental disorders, increase brain performance, self-esteem and overall cognitive functioning.

Increase self-care habits and do things that make you happy.

Avoid relationships with people who drain you mentally.

Create life goals and strive on achieving them.

Be positive in all life situations and learn to embrace change.  

Seek help from friends, health professionals, or loved ones when faced with any mental condition.

Listen to podcasts, or watch TV shows that enhance mental health awareness.
