I recommend the following hacks;

  • Ensure to use skincare products formulated with antioxidants, which hydrate the skin and attack free radicals that damage the skin.
  • Apply light weight serum and moisturizers to glow your inner skin and hydrate it respectively.
  • Always remember to wear sunscreen for protecting your skin from the UV rays. I advise my clients to have a reminder at least every two hours for reapplication.
  • Apply light makeup to help the skin breath as heat and humidity can greatly influence the skin.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist.
