Chest pain
While chest pains may manifest due to a heartburn, it is important to confirm. Try heartburn solutions and if it does not go away, it could be a sign that your cholesterol is high. Notably, experiencing regular chest pains that do not respond to usual remedies may indicate a serious problem that requires advanced intervention.
Painful legs when walking
Do your legs ache when walking? Perhaps they are strained and hardly corporate in your physical endeavors? Well, they are complaining probably because you sat for longer and want to engage them. The pain could be due to clogged arteries that hinder sufficient blood supply to the legs. That may suggest having high cholesterol in the body, and requires quick reaction.
If you notice any of the above signs, I usually advise my clients to do the below;
Consider testing
High cholesterol levels may not come with symptoms at the beginning. Therefore, testing for the numbers is significant. Some people are slim and great looking health wise, but their cholesterol is unhealthy. After being clear with the results, you can transform your lifestyle, including diet change to reduce the risk.
Exercise
Exercising frequently is the best solution to reducing cholesterol in the body. I recommend cardio activities, including swimming, brisk walking, and running.They are good for increasing blood circulation and keeping your blood vessels clear.
