Unusual Health Issues That Might Come from Rising Temperatures

Exposure to extreme heat is tied to a number ofhealth issues, including hyperthermia, heat cramps, heatstroke, and heat exhaustion. That is not all; rising temperatures can worsen cardiovascular, respiratory, and cerebrovascular issues.

As a health expert, I strongly suggest;

  • Installing an air-conditioner if your house does not have one
  • Staying hydrated
  • Taking cool showers
  • Wearing loose and lightweight clothing and applying sunscreen (before heading out)

In my free time, I love to paint and go on long walks on the beach. One of my latest obsessions is sudoku – a wonderful activity to calm an unease mind.
