WHAT IS ASHWAGANDHA?

Ashwagandha is a green shrub commonly located in most parts of Africa or Asia. It’s packed with chemical properties that are beneficial to the brain and overall health. Ashwagandha is usually used as an adaptogen in spiritual healing to combat mental stress, boost the immune, and ease other conditions.

How to use it

From my experiences, how you sue it highly depends on the condition you are addressing; I recommend these simple usage tips;

  • Take it orally by mixing the powder with water or honey when looking to relieve anxiety or mental stress.
  • You can opt to consume it in tablet or pill form to reverse insomnia
  • Ashwagandha can be applied topically or directly to improve skin conditions.
  • Mixing it with beverages, smoothies, and flavored desserts is also an ideal way of reaping its benefits.
