MIGHT SOMEONE WAKE UP

WHY MIGHT SOMEONE WAKE UP AT THE SAME TIME EVERY LATE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING TO PEE?

Early morning pee is mainly caused by increased fluids in the body that are released in the bloodstream from the feet or legs. Waking up at the same time late night or early morning can increase this habit as the decreased gravity levels make you feel to pee. Theflow back of liquids  in the blood vessels where its secreted as urine after being filtered in the kidneys also contribute to this problem.

Is there anything that can prevent that from happening?

I recommend your lower or limit your intake of caffeine, alcohol, liquid substances, check on when you take certain medications that can increase urine production, sleep during the daytime and maintain an average body weight.

How important is it that people go to the bathroom when that urge hits?

Going to the bathroom whenever you feel to pee can lower the risks of bacteria or toxin accumulation in the urinary tract which can lead to serious UTI infections. Holding your urine for longer durations can result to expanded bladders or urine leakage.

What are the side effects of waiting?

Waiting for longer periods before you pee can result to pain or bladder discomfort, heighten risk of contracting UTIs, weaken the pelvic floor muscles, stretch the bladder or damage the kidneys.
