WHY YOU MIGHT DEVELOP STOMACH PAINS AFTER EATING

Here are some reasons from my studies that contribute to stomach pain after eating;

Eating acidic foods such as processed meats, tomatoes, and sugary fruit juices will cause stomach irritation and pain.

There are cases of trapped wind in the belly due to taking sugary drinks, chewing gum, swallowing food with the mouth open, and consuming foods like beans, cabbages, or onions. This can lead to bloating and sharp sensations in the stomach.

Stomach pain can also be a symptom of food poisoning or eating bad food.

Indigestion or failure for the body to fully break down certain foods due to irritation from the stomach gases on the digestive walls, taking foods high in fats or sugars, resulting in stomach aches.

Intolerance or allergy after taking foods containing what, gluten, or glucose.

The stomach pain can indicate a serious medical condition such as ulcers, gastritis, Inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, acid refluxes, or celiac diseases, especially if they occur frequently and take longer to go away.
