2023 DIET TRENDS

2023 DIET TRENDS

Expect the following trends;

Clean eating

Clean eating is associated with feeding mainly to foods that are natural or near their natural state. It is not necessarily plant-based, but using it means you are mindful of what gets into your system. It involves foods like vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. This diet can help maintain a good weight and generally improve our wellbeing, including mental health.

Pasta from produce

A diet that mainly focuses on fruits and veggies is great for more health benefits. It may reduce the risk of heart illness and boost brain health. In 2023, expect pasta from plant-based foods, probably made from green bananas or hearts of palm.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
