5 Vitamin C-Rich Foods You Should Eat Every Day to Reverse Hyperpigmentation

Green Tea

Like berries, lemons are rich in vitamin C, a vitamin best known for its ability to elbow out skin-related conditions like acne and hyperpigmentation.

Papaya

Tomatoes

Tomatoes contain vitamin A which promotes the growth of new skin cells and tissue. It is also packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, including beta-carotene and lycopene, that neutralize free radicals, reversing hyperpigmentation.
