SUMMER HOLIDAY

A SUMMER HOLIDAY SURVIVAL GUIDE

If you are looking to enjoy the summer holiday with your kids, I recommend the following tips;

Do not forget sleeping essentials

Remember to carry your homebased sleeping regime items. It could be the audio system, music, or books. Even a thermometer for checking your child’s room temperature when sleeping. If your baby shows signs of getting overwhelmed with the change, please provide support.

Exfoliate your underarms

To avoid issues with your underarms during a summer holiday, it is best to exfoliate with a soft scrub to prevent toxins and keep them clean. I advise my clients to DIY a natural one using ingredients, such as lemon juice and sugar to rub their arms. It helps lighten the dark marks and spots.

Create spontaneous activities

A summer holiday is the time to do activities that bring lasting memories, and going spontaneous is key. You can have a water fight at the backyard or get a family movie. It would help if you plan for such things in advance to get more ideas.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
