Injections
People with keloid or hypertrophic scars can treat acne using the corticosteroids injection. It involves several injections at intervals as your dermatologist monitors your skin’s progress.
Chemical peels
I usually recommend peels depending on the individual’s acne severity, skin type, and scarring. While all peels may not be effective, I advise clients to use trichloroacetic peel, which offers almost 70% improvement in scarring. People may require various trials to realize what works best for them.

Tretinoin
Tretinoin is made from vitamin A and fastens skin cells’ life cycle. This way, the cells divide and die quickly, making new and healthier cells grow. It helps enhance the skin’s appearance.
Altreno
I highly recommend this product because it contains tretinoin that eliminates acne. It is a light lotion that tackles breakouts and moisturizes the skin. It clears pores and hinders cells from being compacted to block these pores by removing the oil in them.
