1 – What are anger issues? How are they diagnosed?

Anger is a natural reaction to a threat. While it may be great for survival, anger can be problematic, especially if you cannot control your emotions. Anger issues are determined if you are always angry or your anger is uncontrollable. They are also seen when your anger offends others or makes you regret.

2 – Explain the psychology behind anger issues – causes?

The causes include;

Alcoholism

Alcohol consumption increases aggressive behavior, possibly leading to violent crimes. Regular drinking damages your thinking ability and leads to making poor decisions, which can harm your emotions control.

Depression

Depression accompanies lack of interest and sadness, which may cause anger. A person may have depressive symptoms, including hopelessness, body weakness, and irritability that can cause issues.

 3 – Share common indicators, behaviors, feelings, or events that are signs of potential anger issues (inward, outward, and passive).

Outward

  • Cursing
  • Throwing stuff
  • Verbal abuse
  • Physical abuse
  • Shouting

Inward

  • Isolating yourself
  • Bad self-talk
  • Self-denial of nice things, including food

Passive

  • Giving people cold treatment
  • Using sarcasm
  • Sulking

4 – What are some tips to resolve these issues? I recommend consulting a mental health specialist if you cannot control your anger. They will identify your anger’s cause and give possible solutions. Other remedies include; behavioral therapy, support groups, and relaxation practices.
