CAN A MASTURBATION ROUTINE HELP YOU FOCUS BETTER?

When you masturbate your release a chemical called dopamine which is a pleasure chemical. Dopamine makes you feel good and increases your happy mood. As well as dopamine you also release a hormone called oxytocin. Oxytocin lowers your cortisol levels. Cortisol is a stress hormone that increasing within the body the more stressed you become.

Masturbation also helps your sleep pattern. The better sleep we get the better our mental health is. An orgasm acts similar to a sedative helping you to get into sleep mode and fall asleep with ease. This is because when you orgasm you release hormones such as prolactin and oxytocin both of which help you to feel sleepy.

Masturbation can also help with pain relief as when you masturbate you release chemicals called endorphins which contain pain relieving properties. Reducing pain can have a huge impact on a persons anxiety and mental health for the better.
