CAN CERTAIN SLEEP HABITS HAVE AN IMPACT ON OUR HEALTH

As a sleep expert, poor sleep quality, being sleep deprived and other habits that lower our sleep quality and duration, can have several negative impacts on one’s health. they can lead to unintended weight gain, memory problems, increase moodiness, lower cognitive functioning or clear thinking, heighten hypertension or other heart diseases risks, lead to an overall weak immune, depression and even lower ones sexual drive or libido.

On the other hand, quality sleep can support weight loss, increase focus, cognitive functioning and productivity, enhance physical performance, boost heart health, lower mental disorders, and improve overall mental and physical wellbeing.
