Most berries are loaded with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that significantly promote heart health and can prevent cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure.
Green tea
Packed with antioxidants and catechins which help open up and relax blood vessel muscle, eventually decreasing and facilitating blood sugar regulation. Other drinks you can take include; tomato juice, skim milk, and prune juice.
