What are some lesser-known symptoms of high blood pressure
From my research, some less-known signs of high blood pressure include nosebleeds, facial flushing, headaches, blood traces in eyes and difficulty sleeping.
Why do these symptoms occur?
Most of these signs tend to arise due to an extreme increase in blood pressure that surpasses the 180/120 rate, leading to a condition known as hypertensive crisis.
Are there any vitamin deficiencies connected to having high blood pressure? If so, how is the deficiency connected to high blood pressure?
Vitamin D deficiency
Low levels of vitamin D in the body is associated with a higher risk of heart diseases and hypertension. Vitamin D deficiency can trigger arterial resistance, calcification and impair normal function of PTH which might result to high blood pressure.
