If you want convenience with exercise, the following cardio workouts may be helpful. There is no need of leaving your house or hotel room. They include;
Jumping jacks
An individual can perform jumping jacks from wherever they find convenient. If you do them for around 10 minutes continuously, be sure to burn not less than 100 calories. You can challenge yourself more by incorporating other workouts, such as, rope skipping or resistance training to accelerate the burning process.
Rope skipping
Rope skipping was among my favorite games during childhood. It is also a great workout treasured by many athletes and exercisers, either for warming up their muscles before major workouts or as a main exercise. You only need a jump rope and yourself. Jumping for about 20 minutes is enough to burn nearly 200 calories. If you just got back to exercising after a long time or a beginner, it is best to start slow, such as, 10 minutes, as you work your way up.
