It is best to moderate their intake to benefit from them since excessive consumption can cause an omega-6 fatty acids imbalance, resulting in health issues.
Artificial sweeteners
Did you know that artificial sugars contain up to 700 times more sweetness than normal sugar? While they do not add to your consumed calories, I discourage them because they increase hunger for sweets. Why not cut them out completely or limit their use?
