I recommend regularly exercising with Kegels, which are exercises that involve squeezing the pelvic floor muscles. For instance, lie on your back and bend the knees, then with your upper back down, lift your waist and hips to the level of your knees. When you get here, hold for 5 to 10 secs before returning your hips to the floor. I usually advise my clients to do the Kegels at least thrice every day. Doing this prevents looseness, sexual dysfunction, incontinence, and prolapse. It is best to get guidance from a specialist for execution of proper form to acquire results.
