TOMATO JUICE

HOW TOMATO JUICE CAN LOWER HYPERTENSION

Tomato juice supplies the body with potassium, vitamins, and antioxidants, which improve heart health. Even research suggests that daily consumption of tomato juice lowers the risk of heart diseases. A 2019 study looked at how a cup of tomato juice every day can influence heart health. It indicated that the habit boosted diastolic and systolic blood pressure. The result was the same for pregnant women and people with stage 1 hypertension. For better effect, I recommend using unsalted tomato juice and avoid salted types that contain sodium, thus increasing risks of hypertension.
