Infradian rhythm is a biological rhythm common in people with female physiology. This second internal timekeeper (the first internal timekeeper is the circadian rhythm) is involved in menstrual cycle control. Since the cycle usually lasts for 28 days, it is safe to the infradian rhythm lasts longer than the circadian system, a 24-hour biological rhythm.
