LEARNING TO SAY NO

LEARNING TO SAY NO

Leaning to say no can be a hard thing to start doing but the benefits far out way the negatives. By saying no to the things you don’t want to do you make way for the things you do want to do. Doing things you don’t really want to do lowers your vibration or energy levels. Overtime if you continue to do things you don’t want to do your levels get lower and lower which can lead to both mental and health issues.

By starting to say no to things that don’t align with your dreams, goals or lifestyle you can and will transform your life. The trick is to learn to say no and not feel guilty about it. You also don’t have to explain yourself. Remember that no is a whole answer. You do not have to go into elaborate explanations as to why you cannot do the thing, just that you can’t do it. If there is something that you would prefer to do with them why not make the suggestion? Say something along the lines of I can’t do that but would you like to do this? If you don’t really want to do anything with that person that it may be time to reassess the friendship/relationship. Start surrounding yourself with people that you want to spend time with.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
