MASTURBATION DURING WORK HOURS

MASTURBATION DURING WORK HOURS

What, if any, mental health benefits associated with masturbation?

Masturbation has several benefits to our brain health. For example;

It can lower stress

Masturbation can lead to an orgasm, which causes release of dopamine- a pleasurable chemical, leaving you feeling happy and peaceful. It also causes oxytocin production, a chemical that reduces cortisol hormone levels in stressed individuals. Simply touch yourself and reap this mental health benefit.

Improves sleep

If you are the kind who sorts sleeping pills to sleep better, why not try masturbation instead? You do not require specialized equipment to achieve the effect. You only need yourself to climax and produce oxytocin and prolactin hormones for enhancing your sleep. Remember, if your sleep pattern is regular, your libido definitely goes high, making it such a double gain.

2. Are there any potential benefits to masturbating during work hours? (i.e., might it help productivity, etc.)

Definitely, yes. As mentioned above, masturbation leads to release of feel good chemicals, including endorphins and dopamine, which possibly lessen stress and offer relaxation. Doing it at work can heighten concentration, reduce tension, increase mood, and reduce stress. All these factors can contribute to better performance and productivity at work.

3. Are the statistics indicating an increase in on-the-clock masturbation a cause for concern? If so, why?

Yes. For instance, a survey indicated that 49% of 2,008 participants said they masturbated while on the clock, whereas others had sex during working; 39% of them. The participants further said that they masturbated following the reasons below;

ReasonWomen (%)Men (%)
Boredom2530
Taking risk3932
Horny feeling6174
Relieve stress6855

It is a big concern because it shows how desperate people are for masturbation, regardless of the environment. Some people just want to get an orgasm, while others want to pour out the steam that might be stressing their day, which is healthy.
