GYM ANXIETY

OVERCOMING ‘GYM ANXIETY’

Slowly is the key

A slow start can keep you going in your fitness journey. Rather than doing everything on your first day at the gym, I recommend you spend around 10 minutes on a cardio machine, such as the cross trainer or treadmill for that day. Do a comfortable thing that will keep your spirits high in the goal.

Get a professional

A specialist can help understand how to execute different workouts in the right form. You will know how to plan your workouts, set up equipment, and the exercise order. Let the trainer offer a program and use it for one month before checking your progress and getting more guidelines on what next.

Get support

Support from a friend can motivate you to exercise better and more. It would help more if the friend knows most of the workouts and various trips to succeed in the journey. Besides, both of you can research and develop varied approaches to attain your goals, which reduces anxiety,  making you feel great about yourself.
