SIGNS B12 DEFICIENCY HAS BECOME LIFE-THREATENING

What are the telltale signs B12 deficiency has become life-threatening?

B12 deficiency is becoming a common health concern going by age. Countries, including Africa, Latin, and America seem to have higher cases than others. Some of the tale-tell signs of lacking B12, include Pale skin, weight loss, yellow tinge on the skin, and glossitis. The condition has raised concerns as seen by various health and research organizations. For example; the National Institute of Health records that nearly 8% of women and 3% of men in America eat less B12 vitamins. They also report that Non-Hispanic blacks and women may have a higher risk than other people. The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey also investigated and noticed a higher deficiency risk among people with a low socioeconomic class.
