I have recommended the following tips to my clients and they found them helpful. For example;
Never forget sunscreen
Did you know that exposure to UV rays can lead to increased ageing signs, including wrinkles and dark spots? It may also contribute to the risk of skin cancer. But sunscreen application helps reduce sunburns, preventing these potential damages. I always emphasize on a sunscreen of not less than SPF 30, which saves from UVB and UVA. Get one and ensure to apply it frequently; almost every day.
Use products with vitamin C
Vitamin C is great for improved collagen production and skin brightening. It contains antioxidants that lessen UV rays damage. It again prevents melanin release, helping the skin lighten up to erase any dark spots. You can notice vitamin C in products through labels, including ascorbic acid or ascorbyl phosphate.
Be patient with your skin
After introducing a certain routine to your skin, I recommend giving it enough time to see results. Forget about quick fixes because they may never be as touted. Be consistent in your routine’s use to reap the benefits. Results may take between 6 and 8 weeks, if used once or twice every day. Therefore, be patient enough.
