THE PILEDRIVER POSITION

THE PILEDRIVER POSITION

How to Make It Better, Sexier, Less Hurty, And A Few Variations On the Position.

The piledriver position gets it’s name from the downward motion which is similar to a piledriver tool. It is also known as the Jackhammer. This position is not for beginners and requires a good degree of flexibility, core strength and stamina. I’d highly recommend doing a few hip opening exercises before attempting this position and don’t try it if you suffer with hip or joint pain problems.

To perform the Piledriver the person that is going to be penetrated needs to lie on their back and lift their legs up in their air and flip them over so their ankles end up by their ears. The penetrating partner then enters them from above whilst almost squatting/sitting on top of their partner. The penetrating partner may need to move around to get the angle of penetration correct. The penetrating partner will need good leg muscle strength to continue squatting over their partner. It takes time and patience to get the Piledriver position correct. It’s a deep penetration position which may feel uncomfortable for some people. It can be performed both vaginally and anally.
