  • Go for consistent medical check-ups; apply preventive measures and utilize free screening procedures.
  • Connect socially to avoid loneliness by enrolling in a gym or a voluntary group.
  • Develop goals and determine how to achieve them.
  • Seek support from friends and relatives whenever you need it.
