SUPER-DEHYDRATING BEVERAGE

THIS IS THE SUPER-DEHYDRATING BEVERAGE YOU HAVE TO STOP DRINKING OVER 40

Alcohol

Alcohol is a super dehydrating drink that can damage your skin health. Consuming alcoholic beverages like liquor or wine can cause fluid imbalance in the body. It is due to reduced vasopressin release- a hormone for enhancing urine secretion. Studies indicate that drinking wine can raise short term urine release. Even consuming beer containing 5% alcohol can increase urine output more than sports drinks do. As a result, it dehydrates the body, thus preventing the skin from shedding its outer layer. Dead cells will accumulate on the skin surface causing clogged pores. It also causes the skin to appear dull with cracks.
