From my relationship and career experiences I have some effective tips to connect with your partner better including scheduling time to spend or connect with your partner physically, supporting each other in all life situations, acknowledging their feelings, thoughts and opinions. Listen your partner when they are emotionally down, compliment her or him regularly, and have more open sex communications. Ensure you keep your promises, be honest about how you feel, affirm your love often and create more time to get intimate or have sexual fun.
If you are looking to become a better partner, always focus on the positive. It helps present your best self and focus on their best attributes, which attracts them to you and vice versa. Being a better listener also makes you a good partner. Denying your partner’s full attention makes you hear more than what they are saying, thus causing issues when they need something. Furthermore, it is best to handle intimacy and sexual health matters properly. Sexual education can help deal with vaginal dryness, orgasm problems, and erectile dysfunction. This lessens stress and tension, increasing emotional connection rather than reducing it. I had the same issue in my marriage but got saved through education. I ended up in this career to help men and women solve marriage issues and become meaningful to each other.
