VITAMIN K2

1) What are your thoughts on the study and findings?

I think people should include more vitamin K sources in their diets to reap the benefits associated with improved cognitive function.

2) How does vitamin K2 affect the brain?

Research shows that Vitamin K2 impacts age-related biochemical, functional, and behavioral changes in an aging brain. It can mitigate age-related illnesses and improve cognitive function.

 3) Does vitamin K2 benefit the body in any other ways?

Vitamin K facilitates mineral binding to bones through activation of some proteins. It helps enhance bone density and lower proneness to bone fractures.

Vitamin Ksupplementation influences the proteins that stimulate antioxidant activity and inflammation. This way, it heightens tyrosine expression- the amino acid that enhances cognitive behavior.
