WAYS TO LOOK YOUNGER IN YOUR 50S

Use collagen-filled beauty products

The key to a youthful looking skin is collagen. I recommend collagen creams because they are proven to remove wrinkles by tightening the skin. Studies also show that it enhances skin hydration and elasticity.

Modify dark circles with a concealer

Are you having trouble using a concealer? Perhaps it sinks into lines. Well, you can reduce creating attention in the eyes by applying the concealer on the inner circles under the eyes only. You may also choose to substitute the concealer with a highlighter pen.

Dress according to your age

Most people after 40 try to dress younger, but it is not right. It mainly draws attention by highlighting your aging body features. The outcome is contradicting, such as, having an aged head with a young body. It gets worse if you lack a few other modifications for younger looks.

Consume flax seeds

I love flax seeds because they clear spots, thanks to omega-3 fatty acids. They also have anti-inflammatory properties that reduce redness and irritation. My clients who use flax-seeds have reported seeing fine lines ironed out in six weeks of frequent consumption. The skin also acquires better hydration with time.

Exercise

Exercising regularly is beneficial to your general health. I always advise my clients to consider strength training, involving weight lifting to tighten sagging skin. Research suggests that it helps reduce wrinkles and physical capacity.

Consider plant-based diets

I recommend loading your meals with fruits and vegetables for slower aging. They contain phytonutrients that reduce the effects of environmental radicals. More fruits and vegetables supplemented with lean proteins, whole grain cereals, and healthy fats will improve your body functioning, and reduce the ageing process.
