WHAT ARE THE SUREST SIGNS OF PANCREATIC CANCER?

Some of the surest signs of pancreatic cancer.

The signs include;

  • Itchy skin
  • Dark-colored urine
  • Appetite loss
  • Blood clots
  • Swollen gallbladder
  • Abdomen and back pain
  • Stomach problems

Ideally, I’d like to know which signs are more likely to appear in the initial stages of the disease, and which ones appear in the advanced stages.

Initial symptoms

Jaundice

Most people suffering from pancreatic cancer mainly show jaundice as one of the earliest symptoms. It comes due to bile accumulation caused by a tumor blockage, which results in jaundice. It is backed up through yellowing of eyes and skin, dark urine, and greasy stool.

Advanced symptoms

Abdominal or back pain

Patients may experience pain in the middle or upper belly after the tumor grows and begins putting pressure on other organs, leading to pain or discomfort. The pain may also extend to the back when it spreads through the nerves near the pancreas.
