Focus on self-care and spend time doing the things that truly set your soul on fire. By making more time for yourself it helps you to grow and learn. You start to discover more about yourself and how you tick. You start to learn what you like and don’t like.
The more you know and understand yourself the better your future relationships will be. You’ll be in a better place to give to others too. You cannot give from an empty cup so fill yours first. It’s also important to remember that if you do then find yourself in a new relationship to not let your self-care routine slip.
