Are certain exercises better at lowering cancer risk than others?

Well, no exercise is better because of forms of physical activity can lower cancer risk. What matters most is frequency. Being active regularly can lessen the risk by helping keep a healthy weight, boost immunity, and improve quality of life to people undergoing cancer treatment. Even researchers suggest that exercise can reduce the risk of about 13 cancer types, including stomach cancer, liver cancer, and neck cancer.

How much of this exercise should people be doing daily/weekly?

Engage in physical activity or exercise of moderate to vigorous intensity. The good news is that you do not have to be an athlete to count yourself physically active. A simple walk of 20-30 minutes per mile every day is enough. I also tell my clients to commit to at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise intensity, or 75 minutes if vigorous; every week.

What else is important alongside exercise to lower cancer risk?

Apart from a physically active lifestyle, eat healthy foods by limiting processed meats and drinks. Basically, consider a plant-based diet, including healthy fats like olive oil, legumes, and fish.
