Pelvic Issues

Can Vibrators Help with Pelvic Issues?

As a pelvic health physical therapist, I have long known sex toys are a great way to elbow out pelvic issues. Vibrating sex toys, in particular, strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. With stronger pelvic floor muscles, sexual dysfunction and stress incontinence from weak pelvic floor muscles automatically find their way out.

Are Vibrators for Everyone?

While some may feel great when vibrating sex toys are inside them, others will complain about irritation on their nerves or pelvic floor muscles. The solution for this is using other sex toys, including dildos, or choosing a vibration intensity or pattern that resonates with you.
