Here are some of my best ways to consume ginger

Hot tea

Having a cup of ginger tea is an ideal way to reap the ginger benefits. To prepare the tea place a piece of peeled fresh ginger in hot water, add lemon, honey or bourbon to have the perfect refreshing beverage.

In soups

Grate your ginger hunk whether grated or pure and add it in your soups for a more delicious taste.

Stir fries

Including minced ginger in stir fries can bring the hit flavor you need to spice your meals.

In salads or desserts

Chop your ginger into tiny sauces and top it on your salad dressings whether in salad dressings, sea foods, fish or poultry.
