In soups
Grate your ginger hunk whether grated or pure and add it in your soups for a more delicious taste.
Stir fries
Including minced ginger in stir fries can bring the hit flavor you need to spice your meals.
In salads or desserts
Chop your ginger into tiny sauces and top it on your salad dressings whether in salad dressings, sea foods, fish or poultry.
