DRINKING WATER

DRINKING WATER

Drinking water, generally keeps the body healthy, whether hot or cold. But I highly recommend hot water, with an optimal temperature of between 54 and 710C. It benefits the body in varied ways, including;

Improving digestion

Both hot or cold water helpfood to move swiftly through the digestive system. But hot water is great for dissipating and dissolving the food that may be difficult to digest. It also helps remove gas and ease intestinal movements after surgery.

Eases constipation

Hot water is wonderful for relieving constipation, which is mostly caused by dehydration. Hydrating the body keeps your stool soft and free to pass.

Keeps you warm in cold

Drinking warm or hot fluids during cold can help prevent shivering. Research suggests that drinking hot beverages in cold weather helps maintain the body temperature.
