EATING HABITS MAKING YOU CONSTIPATED

EATING HABITS MAKING YOU CONSTIPATED

 The following habits can cause constipation;

Lack of enough hydration

Dehydration disrupts several digestive tract activities. That is why if you do not drink enough fluids, especially water, you risk getting constipated. Nobody limits you to a certain amount of water in one day. Ensure to have a water bottle accessible and drink it throughout the day. Avoid excessive coffee and milk that may increase constipation.

Diet without enough fiber

Fiber in food gives bulk in the intestines. It softens stools for easier passage. However, getting less or lack of it causes constipation. You should load your meals with veggies, wholegrain, and fruits. Add these foods one by one, because having too much at once can again cause constipation.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
