Exercise can make you lose a lot of fluids through sweating. To exercise properly and maintain your health, ensure you take enough fluids before and after the exercise.
Failing to Prepare for the Session
When your muscles are not prepared for the session, you become more susceptible to injuries. Skipping warm-up also affects your performance. As a fitness coach, I suggest warming up for at least 10 minutes to keep your body and muscles ready for exercise.
Adopting Fitness Activities You Did in Your Youthful Years
Repeating fitness activities you did in your youthful years increase the risk of injury. Instead of forcing your way back, focus on fitness activities that are good for routine and health.
