HOW OFTEN SHOULD COUPLES HAVE SEX

Is there a right and a wrong amount of times that a couple should have sex per month/week?

There is no exact number of times couples should have sex in a week or month. Some couples can make love more than others. This is due to a difference in sexual desire and other life factors. What matters is the fulfillment of one sexual needs. Ensure that the number of times you have sex with your partner makes you happy and satisfies your sexual urges.

How often do most couples have sex?

Most married people tend to have sex on average once or twice a week in my studies.

Why do you believe there’s such a mystery surrounding this topic?

Several reasons make it challenging for couples to discuss sex matters openly, including fear of your partner reacting negatively to the issue, insecure or constant worries about the relationship, fear of hurting your lover, and worries that talking about sex can be unhealthy or will kill the vibe of doing it.

If you’re not happy with the amount of sex you’re having, what should you do?

I recommend you set time to engage your partner on the need for increasing the number of times you have sex, opt to have a set timetable or schedule your sex and seek professional help on how you can fully satisfy each other in bed.
