How To Survive a Breakup

How To Survive a Breakup

One of the best things you can do for yourself after a break up is to concentrate on yourself. Create a new self-care routine for yourself and stick to it. Treat this time alone as an opportunity to change your life and the way you feel. The more time you spend on self-care and learning to love yourself the better your life will come. People that make self-care a priority normally have much healthier relationships with others as they fill their cup first. This means they have the time and patience to help others.

Breakups can lower our energy levels or vibration. When we’re working from a low vibration, we attract other situations and people that are also functioning from a low vibration. If you want to meet someone new that is going to bring positive things to your life you have to raise your vibration first. You can do this through self-care, exercise, healthy eating, dancing or moving your body and doing things you love.

Try not to live in the past. The past cannot be changed. It’s happened and there is nothing you can do about it now. Focusing on the past is a complete waste of energy.  By focusing on your present moment, you can truly enjoy the time you have and be more present in the moment.

Find things you love doing that set your soul on fire and do them often. If you’re not sure what you enjoy then try lots of different things until you find something you love doing. Get out there and try news classes and learn new things. You’ll also meet new people along the way.
