Penis Muscle

Is Penis A Muscle?

Is the penis a muscle or organ? As a human anatomist, I am here to settle this once and for all. A penis is not a muscle. Yes, you heard that right. Although we often call it a “love muscle” the penis has no muscles. Rather, it has two spongy columns that hold the blood when you are aroused, giving you an erection. When blood leaves these columns, they narrow, making you lose an erection.

How To Make Your Penis Bigger

If you are not satisfied with your penis length and girth, you can enlarge it with these exercises or devices.

  • Penis pumps. They use a vacuum to encourage blood flow to your penis. It is important to note that they cause a temporary effect.
  • Penis extenders. These are devices that use mechanical traction to increase the penis size permanently.
  • Manual exercises (penile stretching and jelqing)

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
