Red clover
Red clover is loaded with antioxidants, such as, isoflavones, which are associated with estrogen hormone. Anciently, it was used as a remedy for whooping cough and asthma. But nowadays it is used to reduce osteoporosis and menopausal symptoms. But research is yet to give enough proof that it can relieve women experiencing menopausal issues.
Black cohosh
Menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and night sweat can reduce with black cohosh supplementation. It is shown to function like neurotransmitters, including serotonin and norepinephrine. Even earlier studies suggest that this herb can be effective, either when used alone or with other herbs. But there is still no current evidence that black cohosh can influence hormones.
