PARTY SEASON SURVIVAL TIPS

THE BEST PARTY SEASON SURVIVAL TIPS

The tips below may be helpful;

Sleep adequately

Sleep is good for general wellness, including skin heath. If you want a beautiful complexion, get enough sleep to give time for regeneration and repair for your skin. Regular sleep deprivation is harmful because it compromises the skin repair function, leading to premature aging signs. Where will you get the confidence to enjoy walk to the office later, in a dull and wrinkled appearance?

Hydrate with water specifically

I always remind my clients to never forget drinking lots of water whenever they are drinking. Most alcohols are dehydrating. If you fail to hydrate, it means any small water traces in your body will be released, probably through increased urination. This way, your skin remains dry and may crack, ruining your beauty. I recommend drinking water to rehydrate before sleeping.

Your skin reflects what you eat

Parties can be tempting with food, possibly misleading us to unhealthy eating habits. If you eat unhealthy in one party, your body may survive. But having continuous sessions of eating unhealthily, the habit may not be easy to control, especially with processed products. Such foods are dangerous because they inflame the body leading to collagen and elastin breakdown. As a result, your skin gets acne or eczema. I usually tell people to moderate anything they intake in parties or wherever, be it drinks, beverages, or foods to limit the damage.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
