THE WARNING SIGNS OF HIGH CHOLESTEROL

Normally, high cholesterol levels have no clear signs, but you can spot them through the following ways;

Frequent cases of strokes or heart attack- High levels of bad cholesterol can lead to plaque, a condition that causes blockage of blood vessels, especially the arteries. Narrowing the blood vessels responsible for supplying blood and oxygen to the heat and brain scan results in blood clots, stroke, or heart attacks.

Plaque can also lead to numbness, especially in the legs or feet, fatigue feelings, hypertension, chest pain, nausea, breathing difficulties, and pale nails or toes.

I recommend you exercise regularly, limit consumption of foods high in unhealthy fats, take statins, manage your body weight and limit alcohol or smoking to lower your cholesterol levels.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
