Copyright Registration

Understanding Copyright Registration

Copyright registrationis one of the two ways of protecting your intellectual property. Of course, the other method istrademark registration. Copyright registration protects artistic works (think: books, paintings, songs, choreography, movies, and photography), while trademark registration mainly protects the brand’s identity, including a logo. Because the copyright only focuses on artistic works, the company also needs a trademark for added protection.

How To Navigate Potential Infringement?

The best way to get around copyright infringement is to avoid using other people’s work. If you must use other people’s work, get the permissions from the copyright owner(s) beforehand. Permissions can be license agreements or prior contacts.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
