WORST SERUM INGREDIENT FOR OILY SKIN

As a dermatologist, I advise against using the below serum ingredient for people with oily skin

Oleic acid

Oleic acid is mainly found in essential natural oils that can highly benefit dry skin. However, serum products containing oleic ingredients can worsen skin problems in people with oily skin as they create a barrier on the upper skin layer resulting to a clogged greasy skin. it can also heighten the risk of epidermis hyperplasia in individuals with oily skin. I recommend the usage of serum products paced with linoleic, or hemp oils as they work in reversing oily skin conditions.
